Springing Forth

Marjorie M. decided to make her mom Spring Sprouts, a pattern with pre-cut Silhouettes by Edyta Sitar of Laundry Basket Quilts.  It looked great.  Only dilemma was that Mom wanted a bed quilt.  (I know some of you are chuckling – been there, haven’t you!)

So Marjorie added matching four-patches around it.  But it still wasn’t large enough.  So she bit the bullet and added borders from Spring Bouquet, another pattern by Edyta.  Finally, she got it to the necessary 90″ x 100″.  And will it ever look good on her mom’s bed:

Thanks for bringing it in and sharing it with us Marjorie!
